Foundation Fund Management Company, LLC is a private equity fund manager affiliated with Founders Investment Banking, LLC.

An outgrowth of Founder’s real estate and technology practice groups, the company was created for the sole purpose of overseeing private equity real estate and technology offerings that take advantage of the niche opportunities partially created through the investment banking practice of Founders and its professionals. Over the past five years, the group has overseen the successful execution of four funds: Foundation Sale Leaseback Fund I, LLC (closed to investors September 2004), Foundation Retail Development Fund I, LLC (closed to investors September 2005), Foundation Cypress Development Fund I, LLC (closed to investors May 2007) and Foundation New Media Fund I (closed to investors in February 2009).

The company seeks to provide an entrepreneurial yet disciplined approach to its investment strategies, which are thoroughly researched and then implemented in an efficient, structured manner that defers to a process rooted in due diligence, detailed asset management and collaborative input.
